Scott Eisenberg to lead Detroit chapter of the Private Directors Association

Amherst Partners congratulates partner and co-founder Scott Eisenberg on being named to serve as Chairman of the Detroit chapter of the Private Directors Association (PDA). He will be joined on the chapter’s board by newly appointed Vice Chairman Roy Verstraete. This chapter encompasses greater Detroit, Toledo, and Windsor. Both Mr. Eisenberg and Mr. Verstraete also hold offices at the national PDA level, as Operating Officer and Chairman of the Board, respectively.

Mr. Eisenberg serves on a number of boards of privately held manufacturing and technology companies. Mr. Verstraete serves on several boards of domestic and international manufacturing companies and was formerly the President and CEO of Anchor Danly.

The Private Directors Association was founded to enhance private company value by promoting the use of boards of directors and advisory boards. The national organization has active affiliate chapters throughout the country, with numerous others in formation, and includes hundreds of private business owners, CEOs, and board directors among its members.
